They are strong,big enough to handle wide to narrow skis.

We've used the same neoprene velcro straps on our skis for 20+ years. And while we still have some of them, we've lost a few recently. So I tried to buy these as replacements. I think they'll work, but they're definitely not as soft as the old neoprene ones we have. These are more like plastic velcro straps, which should still work, but might not be as nice in the pockets of our ski jackets when not being used. Or could have sharp edges when handling them.

no doubt about it, these ski straps are cheaply made — but they get the job done.i received a dozen straps in a slide-closure bag. each strap is made from a piece of blue velcro sewn to a piece of lightweight foam. the foam is very lightweight, similar to what they make kid's bathtime shapes out of. it works well enough to keep the skis together in storage, but i have my doubts about how it will wear long-term. regardless, they've made organizing my skis much easier right now!
