★How to Play：
Step1: Place your crystal singing bowl on the included rubber ring, or you can choose to place it in the palm of your hand.
Step 2: Tap the edge of the crystal bowl with the bowl stick 3 times as a signal to start.（When tapping, it is not necessary to exert excessive force.）
Step 3: Slowly rub the outer edge of the crystal bowl with the bowl stick, hold the bowl stick moderately and press the edge of the crystal bowl to move, resonate and make a sound.
Step 4: At the end of the performance, gently remove the bowl stick and let the crystal bowl vibrate continuously, while you can tune in with this energy vibration and enjoy it.
