I ordered these to install my new MRA windshield on my Yamaha and I have to say that these are absolute garbage!!! I mean, don’t even waste your time thinking they will work. Barely tightening them and the brass nut just comes loose from its plastic seat and slides up towards the top and no longer secures the windshield (see pics). Can only imagine if I was on the road going freeway speed and the windshield coming loose and hitting me in the neck or helmet, or someone else around me, and creating a serious or fatal accident. Simply put… DO NOT BUY!!!

I got the m4 well nuts to replace some plastic automotive clips. During installation all of them failed. The metal insert pull right out of the rubber surround. I’ve used other well nuts in a similar way and have not had any issues.

The M5 size is a much cheaper than OEM replacement for missing/broken fairing and windshield well nuts on the Yamaha T7.
