These are decent higher rated mosfet N-channel transistors. I've tested them with a tester, and they perform well with my projects. You receive ten transistors in the package. There isn't much else to say that isn't included in the specs.

This a good deal on 10 pieces of IRFP250N transistors. I am using these for alternate energy switching to turn on and off the output rapidly.They arrived well packaged and in good shape.200 Volts at 30 Amps is sufficient for most of my experiments.
