We have purchased these for several years. It you go to the retailer you can also get them but they are hard to find in a package less that 100. We only need like five of these annually.

What I dislike is every year I only have to send out two or three 1099's but to get the best deal I have to buy 25 sets. There was 10 piece set but it was $5.00 more. Otherwise the forms are fine. Why not address the issue of VERY SMALL business.
