Very pleased with this mat to get some at home wrestling practice. Light weight and easy for one person to move around from the garage or into the house to practice on. Durable, easy to store and breaks down into two sections if need be.

I am very pleased with this exercise mat! It is very well made. It's thicker than most mats I've seen, but sturdier. Of course, it's bigger than a regular mat. If you have the space, get this mat!I use it in my backyard and it doesn't slide on the tile at all. It's also thick enough to protect my feet and back. Well worth the purchase. Wholeheartedly recommend! Very professional outfit and buying experience!
