There are a few things that I don’t like . You need to have some strength to use it , then spray handle is heavy and was hard for me to do a whole room . If I was younger and had more strength but I’d rather use my regular Hoover shampooer it’s seems work better to me .after I used this one I went back over it with my Hoover carpet shampooer and it got more water up also it is hard to empty .
