This is some pretty good solder. Plenty of rosin in there for sustained heating, makes good solder joints.

I've used this for a number of little projects around the house. Reconnecting a vacuum wire that my dog chewed through. Connecting some LEDs to a battery pack. And adding a resistor to a shop light.It is very thin and easy to melt with my cheapy soldering iron. Stiff enough to direct where you need it. And I appreciate the lead free aspect.There's enough on the spool to last me a lifetime and fit my diy hobby budget nicely.Very happy with the product. I would recommend to a friend.

I use only lead free solder since I am indoors and ventilation is more limited. This is a great solder that flows well and melts within the indicated range. It is a little more pricey than other ones I use but typically this is being offset with a lot of coupon promotions for this item. It is VERY THIN, which creates a challenge when loading this solder into my solder gun. If I does not go directly in the intended path it will ball up on me. I have learned to take my time and use tweezers!!Great quality and I definitely will reorder when needed!
