This is an OK mess free coloring book. My only complain is that the little color paint stripes are enough to paint most of the full pictures. It is an ok coloring book in general, messy free with the paint, but I wouldn't get another one.

This Easter themed watercolor paint book is such a fun activity for the kiddos! It offers creative skill building play that is relatively low mess. The paper is nice and thick so even if your little artist has a heavy hand, the paper holds up nicely without bleed through. The spiral binding is super convenient so pages don’t have to be ripped or cut out if you choose not to. The detail I don’t like is the paint by number feature. The numbers are printed dark and show through, even if heavily painted over. I prefer pictures without numbers so kids can be creative and choose which colors to use and where to apply them. Of course the numbers can be ignored, but they’re still visible… Other than that small detail, this paint book is a fun addition to the Easter basket!

These are a lot of fun. Easy to use. Best of all no mess. Just dip included brush in water, pick color above picture and create your masterpiece. Nice that there are extra colors in the front. Little ones can keep it all together . Love these.

Really cute easter picture book. Has the paint pallet built right in so you do not need real paint. Cute easter images that get the kids excited for the holiday. Throw down a little paper towel or something underneath because it can bleed a little. The kids love them. Great for seniors too. Came with 2 small paint brushes, all you need to do is add water. Great idea.

I love the idea of watercolor but without the mess of actual paint. The one issue that came up was when my daughters mainly wanted one color, which ran out on the specific coloring page; however, the book comes with additional colors that they can use, which immediately resolved the issue. It is mess-free (except for occasional running of colors), and my three-year-olds can easily understand how to use the paint and colors. The numbers will be helpful for them when they are older and create an additional learning aspect.

This is a fun craft activity for your Littles. The pages are thick enough so that the watercolor paint doesn't bleed through. The pages can be pulled out from the spiral binding for easier use.The brushes are very thin, and the bristles are stiff at first. You just need to rough them up a bit to get the stiffness out. I would recommend using a larger brush, if you have one on hand. All pages have numbers in the areas to paint, that correspond to the paint color. This is fine if you are wanting to enforce number identification, however, the numbers do show through the paint. This is a distraction, and it doesn't encourage creativity for color usage. Of course, the child doesn't have to match the colors suggested, but it would be nice if some pages were offered without the numbers on the pictures.
