About this item

  • 【10-in-1 】Includes 10 carbide hole saws of different sizes-5/8”(16 mm), 3/4”(19 mm), 7/8”(22 mm), 1”(25.5 mm), 1-1/8”(29 mm), 1-1/4”(32 mm), 1-3/8”(35 mm), 1-3/4”(45 mm), 2”(51 mm), 2-1/8”(54 mm), 12 HSS titanium plated pilot drill bits, 2 L-wrenches and 1 aluminum case.
  • 【Three-edge Design】The three-edge design (outer, middle and inner edges) adopted by TCT hole saws improves cutting efficiency and drilling accuracy by dispersing the cutting force, optimizing the chip removal performance and enhancing the stability of the drill.
  • 【High Quality Material】The metal hole saw has tungsten carbide tipped teeth, a HSS titanium plated center drill bit and a 45 steel base. This structure gives the hole saw high hardness, excellent abrasion resistance and good anti-adhesion characteristics, which ensures high efficiency, durability and stability of the drilling process.
  • 【Compatible Machines & Materials】3-Flat three-pronged shank design can provide stable torque transmission, suitable for handheld drills, bench drills, magnetic drills and other drilling tools, applicable to hard metal, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, aluminum alloy, carbon steel and other materials.
  • 【Safety Alert】It is advised that you add coolant when drilling at high speed continuously and wear protective glasses and gloves to prevent injuries caused by splashing metal shavings.

Great hole saw kit. I do alot of metal cutting and wanted some holes aws that dont burn up as quickly. So far so good. these things have been cutting quickly and showing far less wear. they come in a nice hardshell case for me to keep them stowed away nicely. Good selection of multiple sizes as well.

Nice set of hole saws. I was needing to replace a set of bi-metal hole saws that were getting very difficult to use. They grab and do not cut very well anymore.I do not cut metal that much, usually wood. The small teeth of a bi-metal saw get clogged up with sawdust very easily. Then they do not cut with all that sawdust impacted in the teeth. The teeth of these are spaced much further apart, so they do not clog up as bad. But unless you are turning them at a high RPM, they do like to bite a bit larger chunks. So it is a learning curve for me. Overall, I like them and think they will be fine once I get the hang of them. But when I do cut metal, I expect these will hold up much better than the bi-metal saws. In my opinion, you just cant beat carbide. But you still need to cut at low RPM and with cutting oil if you want them to really perform and last. The case is very nice. It will certainly help to keep up with the saws. I like this set so far and would recommend it if you are in the market.

I had to drill 8 holes in 3/16" steel box tubing for some custom desk speakers. These got the job done with ease and look to have plenty of life left in em!The hard shell metal case they come in was a nice treat to keep them on a shelf in storage when not in use too.Perfect for the "once in a while" hobbyist for sure5/5

This is a nice set. They cut well and last longer than regular hole saws. Nicely organized and well worth the cost.

We got these to put holes in metal barrels. They worked great and include a nice storage box. The carbide teeth really help the hole saws cut.

I ordered these hole saw bits for use in my home workshop for various projects. The bits came packaged nicely and included a very sturdy metal hinged storage box. I cut the bit label from the packaging box and affixed it to the storage box as shown in pictures 1 for quick reference to the hole saw bits inside. The hole saws required the pilot bits to be fastened to the hole saw collars and tightened with the included hex wrench. The pilot bits have a flat notched side that should align with the hex fastening screw so ensure you have those lined up properly when installing. There were some extra pilot bits included in my kit for future use. Each of the individual hole saws are marked nicely with the corresponding drill size (picture 3).I was able to drill through 16 gauge mild steel with these bits with no issues whatsoever. They were sharp and provided a smooth cutting interface.I like these saws and the very sturdy nice metal storage box to keep everything organized. I think you will too. I hope my review and pictures are helpful in deciding if these hole saws are appropriate for your application. Thanks for reading!

I have the standard bi metallic hole saw set. I use them for boring holes in wood and plastic exclusively. These are carbide tipped so I though they would last longer and maybe cut a cleaner hole. I can't say how long these will last, but I can say that they do cut a clean hole in wood. I was worried that because of the spacing of the carbide they would splinter the wood, but if you keep the speed of the drill at a good rate they work well. I only cut holes in 1 by fir, they cut cleanly but getting the plug of wood out can be tricky, a hole on the flat side would have helped.

I got this set to replace an old hole saw kit I had for some years. The problem with the old set was a common problem with hole saws made out of regular carbon steel, they go dull quickly . This set being tungsten steel should solve thar problem. It is a full set of blade and arbors and it comes in a nice aluminum case. This is one of those tools I wish I had years ago. Overall an excellent product all the way around.
