I hooked this rug for my grandson's bathroom for Halloween. He loved it. The print on canvas was pretty accurate but there were times you had to use some initiative. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the material that contacts with the floor was slippery. I had to find and sew on a rubber backing.

Even though there's a pattern, much of it is confusing at times because it is broken up color.The edges are missing at least one square( you can see the change) and in one area it wasn't really attached so the seam let go.But.. the colors are gorgeous.

Shipping took a month longer than expected. The quality of the "rug canvas" was horrible. The edges kept coming un-sewed when I attached the yarn pieces. The colored marks on "rug canvas" were not printed properly to fill in the yarn in the right places. Save your $ and buy a better quality piece.

I have recently began latch hook projects for my grandchildren. The dinosaur was my last project for my grandson who is obsessed with all dinosaurs. This project was the largest and I put it off until last because it looked challenging. When I received the kit I was very impressed with the pieces of yarn colors being labeled. This was the first kit like this and it was very, very helpful. The end project turned out great and was not as hard as I thought it would be.Thank you so much. I will be ordering more in the future.

I like the rug, only thing was it didn't come with a lot of the colors; red, browns, etc. I tried contacting the company with this problem, never gotten my colors. That was a month ago.other than that, very nice kit.

The plastic handle hook is "ok" but a bit on the small side. Lacking in quality.The rug pattern is light and hard to see. The instruction sheet could be printed out larger as it us very difficult to read as well.It's, otherwise fine for the price range and seems to have plenty of wool to complete, time will tell.It is packaged very nicely and is very giftable.

First I love this kit all except for one thing. The yarn is very thin. I rug hooking a lot, and I mean a lot. Some kits I have gotten that have thin yarn and some have thin and some have really thin. This kit has really thin yarn. Otherwise it’s a great kit. I have not completed it yet so I’m not sure it has enough yarn but it seems like it. I will enjoy making it and that is what it is all about.
