Absolutely best compression socks on the planet! Although I’ve never tried compression socks before these have amazing reviews and I wore them from Orlando Florida all the way to Venice Italy and absolutely no swelling whatsoever. I normally swell up like an elephant and these were just absolutely outstanding. The same on the return flight which was from Rome to Orlando. Wow!

The socks did what they promised to do. Kept feet well circulated. Feet were not swollen after a long 10 hr flight. Very happy with this product.

I wear US Women's size 12 (43 EU), so I got the large, as recommended. I have very narrow feet, so they are far from taut, but they fit well (no bunching). The compression is perfect for me - nice and snug around the Achilles, but not overly tight in the calf area (so fairly easy to get on and off). Someone looking for tighter compression might want to size down. I have a 36" inseam, so was concerned about the length, but they seem to stretch in all directions and come right up to my knees. I wear these for running, and they stay in place nicely. We'll see how long they last, but my first impression is the best of all the brands I've tried.

These Zensah socks are great. I have owned them for about a year, and just bought another pair since I have upped the frequency of my runs. Let's get right to what I like:1) NO BLISTERS. They prevent my feet from getting blisters on long runs (5+ miles)! Which is good. Because blisters are not fun.2) WARM. They keep my feet warm in subfreezing temperatures. I have run in temperatures as low as 7 Fahrenheit wearing these socks and running shoes. Running shoes are very thin, so I give a lot of credit to these socks!3) WICKS MOISTURE. My feet don't get really sweaty wearing these. Probably the cause of #1 (no blisters) but somehow it's like your feet barely sweat in most conditions. Everyone sweats differently. Your mileage may vary.4) MADE WITH DUMMIES LIKE ME IN MIND. You see that logo on the sock that is on the front, toward the top (knee)? That is not just for looks. It helps you put the sock on straight! You center that on your foot and on your leg as you pull it up. Which I always seem to have a hard time doing.5) SEXY-LOOKING. Yeah, I said it. They look nice. Dark color goes with everything! Makes my calves look beefy, too. So when people see me running, they are like, "Wow, that old fat slow guy has some beefy calves!"6) DURABLE. I probably have about a hundred runs on my first pair and I still use them. No holes, and I have razor-sharp toenails that love to make holes in socks. Big toe has this nail that kind of points up. It is really weird. And expensive due to constant sock replacement. But not with these Zensah socks! What's not to like:1) Not a huge color selection if you are the type of person to color coordinate with your head-band of the day or whatever.2) It takes some effort to put it on because they are tight. I have chronic back pain and the hardest part of a 9-mile run is getting dressed because frankly, some mornings, it hurts to put on these socks and my cold gear compression pants. But it is worth it, and now you know why because you first read all the many things I like about these.3) Someone said that these keep my legs from becoming fatigued. They may help a little, but don't expect miracles. They can't run the miles for you. You run the miles and your legs are going to feel it!Conclusion: I recommend these Zensah compression socks to anyone who runs for more than a couple miles at a time. Second most important piece of running equipment I purchased (#1 is running shoes).

I'm a fairly new runner & right from the start I was getting shin splints. I tried different compression socks and found that they help keep me from getting shin splints. Now I won't run without them. Of all of the socks I tried, Zensah is by far my favorite brand. Nothing else even comes close. Some other "graduated compression socks" are just essentially tight socks at the end of the day. Zensah has different patches sewn in to the socks that help increase the compression in the right areas. The socks are thick (but not winter sock thick) so they are durable and are holding up better than any of my other compression socks. The have a nice, soft, silky feel to them. The feet are padded. The band around the top is thick and keeps the socks up (even if I wear them all day for recovery). There is nothing about the Zensah socks that I don't like. Well. The price. They are pricey. But they are totally worth every penny. One note: I have these in pink and red. The pink seems to have a red base so when the fabric stretches, you still just see pink socks. The red, however, has a white base. So when the fabric stretches on the red socks, it almost looks like you have white pinstripes in the socks. I came back here to look at the images after I noticed it to see if it was just my socks, but if you look closely at the picture you can see what I mean. No big deal, but I like the look of the pink better.

I wear a size 11 shoe, but I purchased the medium socks. This was absolutely the right move because the large would have offered no benefit (due to being too loose). The material is well thought out and stretchy to the degree it needs to be, the fit is great, and the socks feel as though they will be durable. I suffered from shin splints and these have nearly eliminated that problem. I wear them during and after a run for various lengths of time and will sometimes wear them overnight. They never get uncomfortable and it is easy to forget they are on. Putting them on is straightforward, and I will usually turn them inside out up to about midfoot, slip them on, and then pull the rest up. There is a video on YouTube that explains this process. The socks are marked left and right tastefully with an "L" and an "R" in contrasting color (grey). The ZS logo's are subtle while still adding some interest. I have had surgery on one of my ankles and they are both notoriously unstable, and these socks offer just the right amount of compression and support to eliminate ankle pain while running. It is important to note that I am an EMT as well, and I chose these socks after hours of research. They've been washed every other time I use them, so about 3 times a week and are still like new. Remember not to dry these, just let them air out overnight and you'll be good to go.Be careful with sizing, because the wrong size could lead to a less than enjoyable experience.
