Outstanding item keeps things hot for over 12 hours and things cold for almost 24 hours as described. This item was purchased from me when I recently recently got out of the hospital and my daughters would put coffee or tea in it put it on my bedside with my cup in case I wanted something it was a godsend. I love it and I use it constantly. Also love the green cover and I think it looks a little like a duck. I wanna paint little eyes on it and give it eyelashes. It’s just so cute.

Trying to show my niece if she puts her fresh brewed coffee in a pot on the counter right after brewing it stays fresher and your coffee maker lasts longer as it can be turned off.

Does not keep liquid hot after 45 minutes even with preheating as directed. I could feel the heat on the outside of container immediately after pouring hot liquid into unit. Temperature ran 115 degrees when first poured in, temped again at 45 minutes and temperature dropped to 94 degrees. What a shame because I really liked the style.

Ordered 2 units. One unit is fine & works just right. Second unit LEAKED IN FIRST USE!! It was assembled incorrectly! UNFORTUNATELY, I did NOT try it IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. It was to be used at a different location. When I tried it out, it leaked, but it was TOO LATE TO RETURN IT by three days!

I don't hate this thermos, but I'm not crazy about it. It's very lightweight and not insulated very much. It keeps my fresh brewed coffee warm ( not hot) for about 4 hours.I wish I had noticed the bright red lever on the top beforehand. It is rather ugly and takes away from the anesthetic of the item.

I really love this item. The only issue I’ve had is the lid tends to leak. It’s sort of hollow and liquid gets inside it. It causes some issues when pouring and cleaning
