Basically plug and play on the Yealink phones. You have to do a little bit of configuring on the phone but just select the network and put in the password. Done!

This is a great idea, and I wish it worked. However, this dongle is not reliable. It often has interference when you are on a call. And the connection does drop often. At first, I thought it was our office's internet, but it wasn't. Had a clear line of sight connection with our Unifi.US system.
