The toolbox was delivered by a truck with a lift gate due to the weight and size. It was well packed and in pristine condition upon delivery. Assembly took about 15 minutes. The casters are solid and the drawers are strong and the ball bearings feel firm and smooth. It comes with a lock with two keys. Normally, when a key is left in, the head sticks out and detracts from the toolbox. The keys for this box fold against the body to prevent that. The pre-cut rubber drawer liners fit perfectly and really give it a professional appearance and purpose. Overall, I’m very happy with the build and quality for the price.One improvement would to have a small indent for the drawers so I could roll the tool box without the drawers opening without first locking the toolbox.
