I know a picture of an 'N' above my windows is not very exciting, but know this: outdoors, I'm fine -- I can know which way is which (unlike an old friend of mine who, asked which way is north, would just point to the sky), but indoors is a different story. When explaining to visitors where something in town was, I'd point the wrong way. So, when a chance arose to get a wooden letter, I picked the 'N', painted it Hunter Green, and there it is, in the right place, inside, so now I know. The letter was well-made, did not need sanding, no rough edges, flat and smooth on both surfaces and edges. It took the paint like a champ. I was going to add some red trim, for Christmas, but decided to let that go. It came wrapped in a perfectly fitting clear wrapper so shipping couldn't mar it. It's not the least bit heavy, so it's held up with two of the smallest 3M command strips, easily removed later if need. Usually, you'd get enough letters to spell something out, but I really only needed one. It's perfect.
