I bought Med. I’m 5’5” and 130 lbs I needed sweats that were comfortable and baggy enough to fit over a knee brace. I bought a grey pair and black pair. If I didn’t need extra room I would have been fine and in a small. They are a little bit long for my short frame but the legs have an elastic cuff so that helped. However the cuff is not so tight or big that I can’t pull it all the way up my leg. That was important factor because it didn’t want to have to take them off to pull the knee brace on. The waist elastic is comfortable and sits at the waist line. Not super high waisted but not super low. As for quality, all seams are fine and the pockets are even lined. Pockets aren’t super deep but deep enough for my cell phone. Over all the quality exceeded my expectations for the price.

I hate drawstrings on my sweatpants so I snagged these and I'm glad I did. they're super comfy and fit well, they're long enough for my height (over 5'9") and look good. I'm removing a star because they are wearing out super quickly, especially between the legs where they get rubbed together. I guess we'll see how long they last but for the price I'm happy so far. I bought 4 pairs total and would probably repurchase once they're worn out.
