You'll want to check the size chart on these and, if in doubt, probably go down a size. I am 5'6", 159 lb, 37" bust, 32" waist and the medium fit perfectly. The bust is wide under the armpits (as shown in photos), but not wide at the waist, so it doesn't look boxy. The fabric is thin and soft, very comfortable. This shirt is advertised as a "base layer" but the wideness at the armpits makes me think you're not going to want to wear anything on top of it because that extra fabric under the arms will get in the way. You don't need to wear anything on top -- it works as a regular shirt. The purple color is so pretty. I washed this in the machine and hung to dry.

I bought the XXL in grey and it ended up being too heavy because my neck and shoulders are overly sensitive to pressure, but the material is beautiful! Very well made, not a hint of polyester, and it does not have a petroleum smell like other rayon/spandex shirts I've bought off Amazon. If it wasn't for the weight, I'd keep it and be buying more.

The WiWi viscose from bamboo top is very soft and smooth against my skin. The purple color is as depicted. The thing that is keeping me from wearing it is the weird fit. I sized up to an extra size to ensure the bust fits, which is does loosely, but it is fitted in the stomach. Another thing are the bat wings, making the shirt pull in an awkward way. This top is not meant for all body types.
