This fits great and is easy to install. Glad that we purchased it.

It definitely does better than shades I’ve used in the past. The insulation used in this shade makes it rigid. In my Tacoma I have to rotate the rear view mirror to get it in and out. The insulating effect is well worth it. I noticed the difference right away. Here in Louisiana that’s a big deal.

Fits perfectly and blocks a lot of light. Makes watching moves on my lunch more pleasant without a glare and helps my AC work less blocking out all that sunlight. Pair it with a good window tint around the rest of the windows and it get real dark. Love it.

For the price paid, I expected a better quality material, it's on the thin side, but the most disappointing fact is that I have to bend it a bit to fit.

Nice quality and seems sturdy enough to last quite awhile. Like the accordion fold with the elastic straps on each end to keep it folded when not in use. Covers the entire windshield on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. It doesn't droop on the ends or top (nice snug fit).

The Pigenius, Model A-SS400, Silver-AstraGuard Windshield Sunshade for 2005-1015 Toyota Tacoma trucks (2nd gen) was a perfect size fit for the windshield in my 2012 Toyota Tacoma Base Cab pickup truck. This is the lowest level of the two options for 2nd Gen Tacoma shades. It is an accordion folding shade which is what I prefer (vs a rollup one). Being light in weight at 12.8 ounces, it is easily held in place by the folded-up car sun visors. The reflective side of the shade is very effective at bouncing off the rays of the sun away from the truck’s interior cab. It has two elastic straps to hold the shade flat when folded, and it comes with a storage pouch. Since it is not very sturdily built, my only concern is the longevity of this sun shade. The pricier Pigenius, Model SS400, Grey-Safeguard Sunshade is thicker and sturdier, but also heavier at 1.96 pounds. It is also an accordion folding shade, and comes with a storage pouch. In my truck, the sun visor hinges are not very strong and they could not keep this shade up all the way. Hence, this sunshade model was not useful for my truck. If you are considering getting the Grey-Safeguard sun shade, make sure that your sun visor hinges are strong enough to support the extra weight and keep the sun shade up. However, even if it does, my concern is that the extra weight would eventually start wearing on the sun visor hinge and eventually weaking it to the point it will no longer hold the shade in place.Droopy sun-visors are a known problem with many Toyota truck models due to poor sun-visor hinge design. Just search YouTube for “Toyota Sun Visor Repair” and there will be a bunch of guys trying to fix this problem. I have yet to see an easy practical fix for the problem.

It doesn't completely fill the windshield space, but close enough. The odd computer box behind and right of rear view mirror was a concern, but the customization around it is pretty good.

Perfect fit for my Tacoma. Bit the bullet to pay for it compared to generic options out there, but as the saying goes, "buy once, cry once"very high quality and perfect fit.
