Colors look way better than the ones in the image. Exceeded my expectations, totally recommended!

For the cheapest pop filter pack I could find these sure work great. They do a great job masking plosives and wind noise and fit my sm57 microphones perfectly.I honestly prefer using just these pop filters over the mesh/metal screen pop filter I have as they produce a clearer sound and they are way more discreet than a big bendy arm.Just buy em. Dont overthink it.

Does a good job of eliminating vocal plosives without dulling high frequency response. Good quality & price. Just slip one of these on your SM57 & you've converted it from an already great instrument mic into what some would consider as good or better vocal mic than an SM58.

I ordered a set of these within the last six months or so they were great. I’ve been using them for karaoke gigs and I change them each week to wash. A few got faded so I thought I would buy some new ones. I looked around and came back to these because I trusted they would be the same. I could tell looking at them in the compact packaging that they were thin and cheaply made. You can see the difference in the old and new versions. The new ones are JUNK. The foam is thin, creased like it has a seam, uneven and not as dense as the ones I bought earlier in the year. For the price they should be much higher quality. PASS on these. I’m sending them back.

Even Though these don’t come with the plastic ring at the end, you can glue one on pretty easy. If you don’t have one to glue on, I would suggest purchasing one with it.

I like the color and firmness and fit of these mic covers. They are made very professionally with great quality. Will but again from this vendor should the need arise.

These certainly help to reduce sibilance and that's why I bought them. This means they aren't perfectly acoustically neutral - which I think is to be expected because they aren't made of air. However I cannot comment on exactly how they compare to every other type of foam or windscreen. However I've not noticed any issues compared to my other ones.Of course they can also reduces plosives (depending on how good your microphone already is before adding this - if it's already good then I don't know how much these would help because I have not compared these to every microphone and every windscreen). And of course you still can't talk directly into them up close and expect perfect results. They aren't magic. These help a bit, and that's all you can expect from foam as far as I know.Faux fur windscreens are more effective in my experience. But they don't necessarily look good on screen if you want a specific look. For best results use good microphone technique like having the mic to the side of your mouth and not directly in front of it.Pro tip - if you are using a directional microphone (cardioid, etc.) you can also control sibilance further by aiming your microphone slightly more towards your cheek rather than your mouth. Essentially aiming the microphone slightly off-axis.This however may also have unintended "coloring" of the overall tone save sound of the mic. This will vary a lot between different microphones. However if done sparingly I think it can be very effective and I'm getting great results with it on my Behringer BA 85A mics (really recommended mics by the way). You can also aim your mic up and down towards your neck or nose and you can also move the whole mic up and down. These methods can be used to adjust things like how's nasally or bassy the sound is.I would maybe recommend taking them all out of the packets when you get it because over a long time most foam will deform permanently. Also give them a few minutes to gain their shape.

These may be a little more expensive than other microphone covers but the quality is well worth that extra cost.I have had ones that were so thin they split when putting them on the mic but these are of a thicker fabric. Also with some covers, when buying coloured ones in bulk, the colours transfer from one cover to another. Each cover come in their own protective clear plastic pouch,I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend

I used these windscreens for the first gig last Saturday (03/09). We needed a way to quickly identify which mic was in use. This was a clear choice and worked flawlessly. Also it turns out to be easier way to color code your mics without using color tape. This was the main reason for buying them. They are easy to put on and take off as they stretch just the right amount. All that said, they work very well eliminating unwanted wind sounds from singers in the mic;s . Well worth the purchase price.
