We are using this to visit with my mom in an assisted living facility. Works great since we can’t visit in person because of Covid! She goes to her window and we stand outside and talk to her. We are able to hear clearly as if we were in the same room.

With covid19we wanted a way to speak to walk up clients at our office door without them simply entering our small office. I found that this worked perfectly. In our case the front desk which has view of the front door that we buzz people in with appointments only. We can easily speak to them just like at a bank drive thru window.If your door or window is more then just a few feet you will need to by a LONGER AUDIO CORD EXTENSION!

I feel like I paid too much for this, because it looks like someone's vintage science fair project, and feels like a toy.But, we definitely needed a two way mic and it's doing what we need it to do. I was surprised that after a little fiddling around it has very good sound quality.

I initially loved this product and still do except switch keeps breaking on it and have had fixed twice which is unacceptable having just got it on June 21st. And now has broken again. Was trying to contact company directly but cannot find way of doing so. We use to keep our restaurant open during this time so orders are given from outside. Would love if someone would contact me. I feel like we may have just a defective one.

This speaker system is just what we needed for our office. It helps transmit messages all day between our window or wherever we use it. I would order another one when or if I need to. Thank you so very much. It gets the job done.

This is a nice microphone with loud, good sounding speakers.The outside microphone needs another way to mount, the double-sided tape isn't sufficient for all surfaces.

speakers do not work most of time. because i guess of the plug in connection of remote speaker. Am looking for a replacement but good ones are very expensive so guess ill just keep buying a different one like this and hope i get a good one.
