I read some other reviews that said the pots start leaking at the seam. I have used these pots before and they are a recognized brand so I bought 2 anyway. Well, one started leaking after about a week and the other soon after. I would not recommend purchasing these. Just tossed 2 in the garbage.

Get this and put the 100% glass one away as a backup. Bought this to use at work. glad I did because a day after I bought it I dropped it on the tiled concrete floor and it emerged unscathed when the OEM all glass pot would've shattered into countless pieces.

It leaks at the transition point from metal to plastic. But it isn't made of glass.
