I’ve used this umbrella for a year now on my back deck. It’s holding up nicely and the crank mechanism works perfectly. The umbrella is fairly heavy duty and the fabric hasn’t faded. The tilt function is nice as well! Good value

Love the crank feature! I used to just leave my umbrellas up to avoid a pinched finger and the difficulty raising or lowering. This one is easy and the crank is easy and not too high. Very nice quality. Has a good feel to it.

This umbrella is very good. Nice material. Cranks easily up and down. Looks great.The best part is the customer service. There was an issue but the company contacted mewith a more than generous offer to correct it. Wikiwiki has my future patio umbrella business.
