Since my oven was 11 years old I was a little hesitant about ordering the part being unsure if the part would actually fit. I typed in the Model of my oven, and it popped up that it would fit my particular oven. The part number was different from my actual oven, but it said it would fit and it did. I was greatly pleased. My husband installed it in less than 10 minutes, turned the oven on and it had heated up to 350 degrees in 10 minutes.

Oh man, I was my wife’s hero for replacing this on our oven! Easy to do also! YouTube helped with the installations. But be carful!! After getting it in and testing it, I broke the oven door glass... and needed to buy a new oven anyways... wife was displeased with me. But I was able to return the part easy enough.

Our oven works again! I appreciated how easy it was to choose and order the correct part. My husband replaced this in 20 minutes (It took longer for me to clean behind the oven). With you tube how-to video we saved a bunch not having to call a repair man

The element fit perfectly except the front support bar is crimped an inch further toward the oven door. I carefully drilled new holes taking care not to go too deep through the panel. There were already several holes molded into the panel so I figured 2 more wouldn't hurt anything. I had to take the small back panel off to disconnect the wires as they weren't long enough to disconnect inside the oven. works as described. heat up time to 350 deg. is 11 minutes. Beats a service call any day. recommend to anyone who is handy.

While Amazon took the model number and brand and said this was the right element, it had to be modified to fit our oven.

It did not fit my oven; it is too wide. I am sure it is a good product but now I need to know How to return it?

One day, we couldn't figure out why the oven was taking so long to heat up. So, I grabbed a screwdriver, took off the lower cover and found the element was broken. Locally, the price for a new element was close to $100 plus labor to install. YIKES! After some internet research, I found the instructions for installation and this element on Amazon. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but after it got here, I was able to install in no time flat and it worked like a charm. It seems like it heats up a little faster than the one I had before.
