It came quicker than expected, no damage and everything was easy to put together. I have my own tools and work on my own bikes, but even for a novice it is not a hard installation process.

Some customers complained that the sprocket and other associated parts should have been installed already for the price. As a service manager at a well known bike shop, I can tell you they are never installed from the factory; it’s the job of your local bike shop(or garage mechanic) to install the parts. Everything about this wheel is exactly how bike shops receive it. It’s perfect how it’s shipped and the seller absolutely deserves 5 stars for this item. Yes, I could have ordered this wheel through one of my distributors and got it cheaper but the seller was able to get it to me in less than 48 hours and time is money. I’d rate this 6 stars if I could.

And the wheel wasn't ready to go. It was a pain putting on the extra parts without the right tools, when they could of easily been put on and shipped by the seller.
