This was to replace a pump that quit on us. Quick and easy to install. Appears to be a powerful, quality unit and quickly got the job done of eliminating water in our basement! Noise level is what you’d expect…just glad to hear it run when necessary to keep that water down!

Excellent sump pump. Easy install replaced one that could not keep up with the extensive rain in TN!! This one is perfect and is well rayed elsewhere too! It is durable and made very well. It is powerful shooting the water out but not disturbing in the house and I can tell it is moving water thank God!!

As a single woman and a senior citizen on a tight budget, I was thankful for the Wayne name, which I had purchased before,but at a higher price, locally. The installation was quick and easy. I waited a month to review the product to be sure it was working well. It's great not to have to worry about it when I need to be away from home during heavy rain.It's hard to put a price on peace-of-mind!

I have used this type of pump for years, usually bought from big box stores. I wanted to stay with this brand of pump because they last for a long time. I have had this particular pump installed for several months now. It was less expensive through Amazon and the same pump. Would recommend purchasing this pump.

Second sump pump of the exact same brand and model that lasted less than a year. The first one was used, so we gave it the benefit of the doubt. (Who knows how well the first owner maintained it.) However, we bought this last one on June 20, 2017. It lasted until 2 weeks ago. That’s FIVE months for those that are counting. FIVE MONTHS! The bolt started rusting through on the outside, and the pump stopped pumping with enough force to get the water out of the pit. This was also during a large amount of rain, of course. I contacted Amazon. They couldn’t do anything since it was past their 30 day policy. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer. What a joke. The guy tells me that he has authorized a return, which I found out means that I find a way to package the sump pump and pay to send it to them and then they’ll pay to send it back or send a different one. Well.....1. I’ve already replaced that sump pump because had I waited until they decided to send me a new one, my basement would’ve been flooded by then. 2. Why would I want their piece of junk sump after the first one broke after 5 months?!?!I’m tired of the spending money on companies with bad customer service.
