The only dislike I have for these is the led lights are white. The color of the light comes from the color of the plastic in the switch. These would look much better if the bulbs produced the light color. These work fine however, I installed 4 of them to switch on small led lights.

These are high-quality switches that get the job done. They seem to work well even in the rain, which is a big plus for weatherproofing. Highly recommend for reliable outdoor use!

These are great lighted switches, and by great, I mean the light is not blindingly bright like some switches. This light is a bit on the dim side, and the brightness varies with voltage. In my picture, I had to turn out the room lights to get a good picture of the LED inside, running from 12 volts DC. You can just barely see the light around 5 or 6 volts. So, if you want the benefit of the light, you need to be switching a fairly high voltage. I like this, however, because I usually think the lights in these switches are too bright. But not these, they’re just right. I tend to use these for 12V-24V DC switching, so didn’t try to run AC through them, though they are rated for up to 10A at 125VAC. I love that they come with a plastic case, in an assortment of colors, and plenty of pre-crimped wires to make life easy. I tend not to use the shells, so I don’t mind that it only came with 4 of them. Overall, a great deal on some nice switches. 5 Stars.

I ordered this set of illuminated rocker switches to use with a LED worklight I recently purchased for use at a machine in my home workshop. The worklight was a "bare bones" model, and did not include a power switch. I am going to be 3-D print a box to house the switch and electrical connections. I only needed the one switch for now, but as is my usual practice I ordered more than I needed to have some on hand for future use. These switches are rated to handle loads of 6A at 125V, which is fine for my purposes, as the light is a LED model and doesn't draw much current. The kit includes ten switches (four red ones and three each green and blue), 39 connection wires (10 each of red, black, and yellow) with insulated connectors that fit the switch terminals on one end, four panel mounting bezels that fit the switches' bodies, all housed in a plastic storage case. It's a nice kit, but it would have been better if it included one of the mounting bezels for EACH one of the 10 switches, but in my case it's not a big deal as I'll likely be mounting most of them into something that I'll be 3D printing, so I can just design the hole to be compatible with the switches.I wanted to see how each of the switches looked when illuminated, so I connected one of each color to a temporary circuit. I tried the red switch first, and it appears to have a red LED inside it. It looks great - nice and bright. I figured that the blue switch would contain a blue LED, and the green switch would contain a green LED, but that wasn't the case - both the green and blue switches contained what appear to be amber or warm white LEDs. Then I looked at the red one again and noticed that the LED inside it might also have been amber or warm white. It just appears red because of the color of the switch material. While the LEDs aren't the colors that I expected (and thus don't look as dramatic when illuminated as they could have), I still think that they are pretty nice, and the inclusion of the prepared wire leads partially offsets the LED color and the fact that only four bezels are included. So pretty nice for the price.

For $20, you get a plastic parts case containing 10 small rocker switches, 36 short lengths of wire with insulated push-on connectors at one end, and 4 plastic collars for installing a switch in a 1-1.125" knockout. While the switches I tested worked fine, I do have some concerns:> The ratings embossed into the housing show a capacity of both 6 and 10 amps. at 250 volts. This contradicts the described capacity of 6 amps. at 250 volts; 10 amps. at 125 volts. Which is correct?> Although these switches can be used in low-voltage circuits, the indicator light is optimized for 125-250 volts. As other reviewers mentioned, the light is difficult to see when powered by 6 or 12 volts.> If the indicator light is indeed an LED, it is warm white -- not red/green/blue as claimed in the product description. Colored LEDs would look much better.> Why does the front surface of the collar assembly read "ROCKER SWITCH"? This is just stupid.> While insulating the push-on wire connector tails is a good safety measure, the sleeves can and do unexpectedly slide off.> I have doubts about how much current can actually be handled by these switches continuously, given the surface area of the contacts.
