I loved this bag the moment I threw my first few punches after I filled it with water then air. But then the next day doing my cardio on it and started really punching it hard my straps broke lol. Could've been the way I had it hanging but I was heartbroken 💔 Great item would recommend.

After first session, hanging straps started shredding. Only filled half water, half air. Used duct tape. Will see how it holds.

The first thing you notice about this Water Punching Bag by Saeepabul is the PVC outer shell that has a slight texture to it that helps your gloves from sliding off target. Saeepabul’s Water Punching Bag is a heavy-duty 420Denier nylon with an inner mesh fabric for added durability. The double valve on top is a brilliant design feature. You fill the bag with water through the large top valve, then close it and add the amount of air you want to determine the impact resistance / firmness of the bag. (A manual air pump is included.) It has a really good feel to it when you punch it. You get a very different sensation when punching a bag filled with water. The water has a certain "give" to it that is a more forgiving workout on your hands, wrists and legs.I had help filling and hanging this bag, I don’t think I could have done the installation of the bag on my own. Now I prefer doing my boxing workout with this bag over traditional punching bags – my hands feel better after using this bag, I don’t have the pain in my joints that I usually experience.Overall this is an impressive punching bag at a very reasonable price.

It’s great! Works how it’s suppose too. Filling with water and air was not hard . I definitely feel a different feedback “feeling” when punching the bag compared to the regular sandbags. In a way it kinda pushes me back . (or maybe my punches are weak) It’s definitely a much better overall workout compared to what I used to use (double end bag). Other than that, I recommend filling it 6/8th with water right above the logo and the rest with air.

The quality of the material in this punching bag is great, it's durable and considering you're filling it with a lot of water I've never been concerned about it leaking. Easy to fill from a sink at first but as it gets heavier I would hang it then add water with a smaller container or perhaps a funnel. At 110lbs full it is definitely as good as a full sized traditional sand punching bag for training. For those who don't box or train on bags this has a different feel but I enjoy it. It flexes in a bit more than sand which I feel is easier on the wrists for protecting your joints. Super easy to assemble and then hang and fill. The best part about this bag is that you don't need to leave it up or stow it somewhere out of the way. When you're not going to use it for awhile just drain it in the tub and fold it up. It fits in very small space when empty. When you want to use it again, just add another 13GAL of water and you're back in business. Would recommend.

Followed advice from other reviews and hung mine before filling. Hung from the limb of a Live Oak on the back patio. Used a simple funnel to fill it with a garden hose, and a 6’ ladder to get there. Didn’t use the pump that came with it, used an air compressor with a trigger air sprayer. Valve worked perfectly.Works great! Low impact on the hands, feels like hitting a person needing… correction.Highly recommend.

I liked this particular punching bag over many others out there because I could easily fill it with water and inflate it. I didn’t have to go out and procure sand like many bags are filled with. But on top of that, I really like the feel of this punching bag with a water bladder interior rather than a firmer, solid interior. It’s more forgiving and resilient when punching and even has more of a realistic feel to it (since we are all basically “water bags” anyway). I think it is more protective of my hands, knuckles, and wrists, too. Less jarring when hitting.A pump, nylon hanging straps, and hardware are provided and it is easy to hang. I hung mine from a wall-mounted bracket. I found it easiest to hang it first, supported by a bench, and then make a few trips to fill it with water, because it would have been hard for me to lift it by myself after filling. The bag itself has a comfortable feel to the touch and an interesting texture with a cool futuristic look to it. It is also easy to just wipe clean. It is made of multiple layers of materials and feels thick and durable. It seems like it should last a long time.
