I bought this water dispenser two years ago for my daughter’s college apartment. It worked out so great that I bought another one for my son’s apartment in college this year. It is cost effective, lightweight easy to move and both hot and cold work great, the flow of water is consistent. The unit is very easy to clean and care for. We stored it for a summer and just made sure we emptied out any excess water and it was good as new when we went to reuse it the following year. 👍🏻

I bought this for my son's shop. The water cools, but doesn't get cold out there. When I tested it inside the house, great! Cold was cold and hot was hot enough for instant coffee ;) A good investment for a small price.

I should have read the reviews better and the description. The cold water is warmer than the cold water that comes out of my tap. Can’t send it back because of the expensive shipping costs. I thought I was getting a deal. Now I have to deal with it.

For the price it's good.The hot and cold reservoirs are small, they hold about one coffee cup worth and that's it.The hot water reheats almost instantly, which is great since that is the feature I needed.The cold is good enough for 1 glass, doesn't get icy cold but it tastes fresh; problem is, it takes a while to cool the next batch, so I keep the cold turned off. I prefer drinking water a room temp anyway.But if you're buying this for the cooling aspect, you will be disappointed.

EDITED:There are two switches on the back which activate the hot and the cold water separately. There is yellow tape over the hot water switch. Once we removed it and switched it on, the hot water worked. We are not only happy with this product, but also impressed with the quick response and solution given by them. Updated stars to reflect updated review.————————————————————I really wanted to love this water cooler. It’s easy to use except neither the hot water feature does not work. Disappointed!
