I'm a senior medium and all my stuff fits in this smaller bag. The bag i had before was too large and there was a lot of wasted space. This one has side compartments that are easy to get to, along with pouches in the inside. The bag seems to be durable and should last a while. I think they only have one color but the black hides the dirt.
