I use this Kettle for parties. This can keep the liquids hot for 4 hours then they are kind of warm but still potable warm for another 4 hours.The legs are handy when you keep this on the table and want to pour directly into bigger cup.Like others said, does not hold 3.5 gallons as mentioned in the description can hold up to 2.5 gallons. I bought two of these and I like them.Beware there are plastic filters that comes with and do not loose them as they are not available as spare parts.

Great product keeps beverages hot very long. Thinking about buying a second one. Would recommend to anyone that wants to keep a large amount t of drink hot for a long time.

Haven’t used it for its intended purchase yet but I did measure the capacity and it only holds 2.5 gallons. Definitely not as much as I expected but it will work. Did stay warm after 8 hours. Not hot but warm.

I ordered two of these dispensers to use for gatherings. Love them!! Keeps hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for an extended time! Easy to clean and doesn't leak! I would recommend buying extra batteries since the temperature display is on all of the time.

I had to buy a drip tray because this thing drips like crazy. What happens is that people (including myself) don’t close the tap by just allowing it to snap back fast. If you do, it truly is no-drip. But if you just slowly release it back, major leak after you remove your cup. Stained tablecloth. Disaster. Otherwise, seems very well-made and attractive. Highly functional. The little cut into where the spout is on the inside to allow you to pour every last drop of a beverage (instead of being left with an inch of liquid inside that you can’t get to without tipping the whole container) is ingenious. I wish it kept things at temperature longer, however.

I ordered this product because I needed something for hot chocolate ASAP for a large event but couldn’t find anything in stores and delivery for online inventory would not arrive until after my event. I was more than pleased! The water stayed piping hot over 8 hours! It holds so much water that I didn’t use it all and I hated having to throw the remaining water out because it was still perfectly hot and usable. Easy to carry. No leakage. Great seal. Performed PERFECTLY! Silver looked AMAZING with my vendor setup. GREAT BUY! LIFESAVER! 🥰

Bought this for large events where I serve cacao and needed a large dispenser that keeps things hot for several hours. This does the job! Kept cacao hot for about 5 hours, love that it has a digital temperature reader too. However, the lid is somehow stuck on the top - it will not unscrew or budge - it was so stuck that as I tried to unscrew it that the top cracked. I now have a dispenser that is useless because I can’t remove the lid to even use it, and if I am somehow able to get it off it’s now cracked so it won’t keep things properly hot or cold. Disappointed, especially at over $90.
