Have a 1991 toyota and it was a perfect fit and repair.

Read the fine print. Some of the Wagner mufflers don't include any hanger which increases cost to replace. Expensive at around 20-30bux when they could have welded a hanger on the muffler to begin with. Also the geometry is different which requires different hanger isolators (2 in my case for another 10-25clams)

Worked great for a 1991 Toyota 4Runner with a 3.0L V6. Basically bolts to the rear of the walker replacement muffler and gives you a place for the rubber hangers to hook onto near the rear axle.
