I tried to connect it to my iPad and it doesn't work. There is a zip file to download for Mac but there are no executables to make anything work. It does not work with Mac!

You with need very specialized software to operate this properly, the “Bluetooth” doesn’t just work with any device. Catered toward restaurants and small businesses with specialized POS software.Go for a Star Micronics instead.

First problem was I could not get the drivers to download and it took me several emails and calls to get support, and then after the drivers were finally downloaded which was supposed to be the way to configure the printer for bluetooth, there were no instructions on how to do that and none of my equipment could connect to it via bluetooth. Their website is horrible and not user friendly in any way, so now not only do i have to send this back and but i not need to try and find other equipment to use.

Tras diversos intentos y con los drivers que proveía el fabricante, no fue posible el instalar la impresora, y mucho menos, hacerla funcionar con el punto de venta.

I've never been able to get it to work, with phone or tablet with the computer properly. Now just have an easier to use little printer on top of it

Good little printer. ESC codes work. I just wish the PPD was available with out contacting Support
