Looks civilized enough and covers the ears, but not too floppy. It is just a little loose, but fits pretty well (better than most bucket hats have).

Finding a hat that fits for my big noggin is not an easy thing. This hat fits well without having to force it on. I used it on a camping trip recently and really like that I can just crumple it up and stuff in my motorcycle’s pannier and then grab it out when I got to camp to protect my bald head from the CO sun at 8k feet. It has gone through the wash and come out good as new. It feels comfortable and not hot while also providing a little warmth when the sun went down.

I like about everything except the angle of the brim, would like it to be more level like other bucket hats.The quality is good, and I expect it to endure for many years since the thread used is of high quality and the nylon material is thicker than other nylon materials seen on other hats.

This is the biggest hat I've found. I got the XXL and I've never had such a comfortable hat. My head is about 62 cm around, but most of the XL hats I've tried (which should fit based on their measurements) are still tight. But this VOBOOM hat in XXL fits me so perfectly.Pros:- Light- Fits comfortably without looking sillyCons:- No strap to hold it tight nor any loops that would let you easily add them- Still gets a bit hot after a while despite the 2 vent holesOverall, old school straw / woven hates are still lighter & cooler, but this hate is close second and certainly the best bucket hat for huge heads that I've found on Amazon.

I'm a 5'10" male, this hat fits just slightly large, so I squeezed together some of the material in the back and put a small binder clip on it to make it snugger. Better that it comes too loose than too tight. Looks good and it's comfortable. Just the right amount of brim to keep the sun at bay without feeling like a cowboy.

I haven't worn the hat yet, so this review is based on first impressions. I bought it to wear with a kilt at a Celtic event that won't take place until June, but I'll likely wear it during golf before that if I have anything that it matches (I bought the red hat, and I don't normally wear much red). No, it isn't what one might think to wear with a kilt, but this event requires a hat for decent sun protection, and the typical Scottish hat doesn't offer much of that.First, the fit is excellent. I measured my head at a 22" circumference, and the 7 1/4 fits very comfortably without feeling like it's either too tight or too loose. Second, styling is very nice. I like the smaller brim, and the brim is such that it can be bent up in a variety of configurations, so it has some versatility in what look you want. And third, it feels very light, and should work nicely on a hot summer day.The only negative, if you can consider it that, is that there is no strap, so it might not stay put on a windy day. But I'm guessing that can be resolved if one is determined enough.
