One thing you may not see in the photos is that they are NOT hard plastic but flexible rubber.This is a very good thing as it makes them easy to remove, you just sort of peal them off and they bend out of the socket.Highly recommended.

Works perfect. I bought these to go into the end of an outdoor security camera since I was using it WiFi and not Ethernet. I cut the lip off one and pushed it all the way in and then put in another, just to be safe (water will get in almost anywhere) Works great, and are very pliable.
