This highly accurate tank-mount pressure switch regulates the air pressure in your air tank. The threaded side is 1/4" NPT Male. The pressure switch gets wired to the compressor and will automatically turn it on when the tank's pressure is below 150 PSI and turn it off when pressure reaches 180 PSI. Rated for 12 and 24 volt vehicles and with a life expectancy of over 10,000 cycles, it is the perfect solution for air horn systems and air suspension applications.

After getting this switch and waiting a couple of months before installation of it I find out that it is a faulty switch right out of the package . My tank pressure was up to 200psi and it was still running the pumps . Since I have waited so long to install it I can’t return it so I hope that the second one will work when I get time to switch them out .

Impressed with Hookedontronics service. The initial item was defective but I didn't bother with Contact Seller - too much hassle and I've been really busy lately.Seller contacted me via phone and offered to send a replacement. Received it 2 days later. Replaced the switch and the new one fit perfectly and sealed no problem. Turns compressors off and on at the exact specifications. I couldn't be more satisfied. Will continue to use hookedontronics and Vixen for all my future needs. THANKS!OLD REVIEW: Bottomed out and still would not seal even with loctite 545. Was in 8 port manifold and all other fittings/plugs sealed fine so I know it wasn't the female threads. I've been very pleased with all other Vixen products (appx 8-10 items) but this one was worthless.
