I’ve yet to install, but the product seems very sturdy. I only came here to write that there is a misprint on the instructions which say to use a 3/8” masonry bit to sink your holes. I think the bolts might be 3/8” but the actual anchor hole looks like they should be 1/2”.Follow-up: these are not 1/2 drop in anchors either. I drilled 1/2 masonry holes and still had to really pound on the anchors to get them in. The nut is a metric 17mm, so I’m guessing the sleeves are actually slightly larger than 1/2” at M14. I know the threads are not 3/8 because I tried to use a die on them to clean them up after install but it wouldn’t fit. I’m guessing threads are M10. The first post installation was so frustrating due to this mismatch in sizing/instructions and the tools I had on hand. Since I live in the US, just went ahead and ordered 3/8” x 3-3/4” stainless steel sleeve anchors and will drill 3/8 holes. These are actually about 1” longer than the provided anchored, but my installation is on a slope, and the provided anchors did not give enough exposed thread after leveling with washers. I’ve got 8 of these posts to do and can’t spend 4 hours on each one trying to fit metric parts into American holes. You might be saying: this guy is an idiot, just drill and M14 hole! Well if you look up the specs for 1/2 or M14 anchors, you will find that the hole pattern for these post is less than specified distance between anchors.Outside of this fastener issue, these things are fantastic.

The build quality is great but when instructions tell you that you need a 3/8 masonry bit for the lag bolts and it’s not even close I can’t give you a 5 start rating. I orders the bits like the instructions said and when I went to install had to goto the store to buy more bits.

This item is a solid sturdy support system for your vinyl railing posts for mounting on concrete and a wood deck or stoop. I wasn’t a big fan of the anchors supplied but I did use them and it seem to be holding up.

So far so good. Glad to see more hardware was included that what was shown (4 lag bolts for wood, 4 anchor bolts for stone/concrete). Base plates are heavy, and walls are thick enough (sure they could be thicker) but it's holding up a plastic fence, the fence will break before these do. They are pricy, figure you could probably drop the price and still make some money, but they do make installing a fence on these surfaces a lot easier (which is why I purchased them). Time will tell how they weather the elements, but I have no doubt they'll do the job I need. I haven't had to contact the seller for any issues, or returns but would not hesitate to purchase this item from this vendor/seller again.
