I ordered this for my sons 21st birthday. I didn't expect it to get here on time since I didn't order it until a few days (probably about 5 days) before his birthday and I was so SHOCKED how fast it arrived and it was perfect! He was so thankful and said it was such a thoughtful gift. The print is easier to read with a dark drink in it so when it came as it was I was a little disappointed, but as soon as it had something inside the mug I was happy. Well worth the cost! Thank you to the seller for a quality and affordable mug!!!

The etching was great! I recommend leaving a space in between letters when submitting the custom name - example M I C H A E L - to give a nice distribution over the phrase. The glass mug itself is well made and heavy.

The mug itself is very good quality. The etching is good not perfect, I think it could be a bit more clear. But I am a perfectionist lol

I wasn’t thinking this was going to be very strong material or good quality I should say, I was definitely wrong!! (Which I am very happy about) really wish I would’ve taken a video so y’all could have seen it but my son open opened this on his birthday, he loves it! It’s very sturdy, quite big and the printing was perfect, it was a really nice, strong glass mug

Nice item but for the price but I expected the glass to be in a presentation box.Its obviously a birthday present!!!The cardboard box that it's in will have to do.Overpriced for what it is.But it is a nice glass.
