I've used these for about a year with no sign of rust. It will smudge any oil or coating on your gun but it wipes clean easily

These rust prevention storage bags work amazing. I live close to the coast where there is lots of humidity, a pretty corrosive environment for my firearms, especially the ones that have blued steel and can rust easily. I have been using these bags for quit sometime with no signs of rust on my firearms. We have even started to purchase these for our raw steel inventory parts for our business to keep them from rusting during storage in the warehouse. Victory is also quick to respond with information and questions on their product.
