Amazon confirmed that it was the right part for my car. The sellers page didn't have a very decisive statement of dimensions. So I don't know who got it wrong but this is not the correct part for an '06 Chevy Cobalt. It is a little bit too big. I just used some high temp RTV along with the gasket to seal off the little space the gasket left at the internal diameter and I trimmed the excess off of the outside and it works fine. I just wish they'd be more honest and accurate whoever is blame.

Had trouble finding the right gasket for my 1997 Toyota T100 4x4 to attach a Gibson Performance Exhaust SS system. The Vibrant gasket fit perfectly.

I bought this gasket to go between my Doug thorley header and a high flow cat on a custom exhaust. I couldnt source these style gaskets at my local auto parts stores, and was having little luck in sealing the flange with high temp liquid gasket. This gasket seals well even after removing the exhaust several times over the last couple months. Works great.
