If you're in the market for a silk screen printing frame, look no further than VEVOR. Their full aluminum alloy frame is perfect for both commercial and family use, and offers a range of benefits over traditional wood frames.

  • Common inks are divided into water-based, solvent, and oily. Water-based inks are suitable for thicker stencils (100-200 mesh). Solvent ink for medium mesh screens (200-300 mesh). Oily ink for high mesh screens (300-400mesh).

  • According to the substrates, such as rough absorbent substrates require more ink, so you need to choose a thicker stencil; smooth non-absorbent substrates require relatively less ink, so you need to select a higher mesh screen.

  • Choose and buy according to the pattern size that needs to be printed. Add 3.9 in to the length and width of the pattern. The data obtained will be the maximum inner space size of the required screen frame.

For basic screens and tools, they seem pretty good--the screens are tight and plastic tools are what they are. It comes with tape, which I haven't needed to use since I use vinyl on the back that covers the whole screen, and I don't ink all the way to edges. One thing to note is that the screen sizes are the outside dimensions, so the actual printable areas are only about 5-1/2 x 7-1/2 and 7-1/2 x 11-1/2. If you need a larger printable area (e.g., to cover the entire front of a t-shirt), you'll need a larger screen. I'm not sure how durable they are, but for this price I don't expect them to last forever. They seem decent enough to last for multiple projects, though, so I would recommend them.

These are great screens. Well built. The only draw back is the addition of silver tape on the top side. I tape off with masking tape on that side and the masking tape sticks horribly bad.

Screen is secured to the frame with a water based glue that sperated after washing rendering them unusable.Do not purchase! Wasted money!

Thin frames and the mesh isn’t pulled tight. Good when you need more frames in a pinch but won’t last for long.

I wanted to give this 3 stars but I felt that was unfair. They're great quality wise but theres one flaw... Tension of the screens is not consistent. I dont have a tool to measure the tension but by feel can tell 4 of the 6 are super tight while the other 2 are substantially less tight. Other than that they have been working great.
