Your cart is empty. VCI vapor phase rust proof paper is a new type of rust proof packaging material made by coating rust proof base paper with vapor phase corrosion inhibitor (VCI). It utilizes the gas-phase corrosion inhibitor immersed in paper to automatically release corrosion inhibiting gas factors at room temperature and adsorb them onto the metal surface, forming a molecular level protective layer to achieve the purpose of metal rust prevention. This product is safe and environmentally friendly, and its performance meets the requirements of Japanese JIS international advanced standards.
Usage method:
1. Single piece rust proof packaging material for metal components or used as interlayer padding or inner filling layer in packaging units;
2. Polyethylene coated products have certain waterproof functions and can be directly used as outer packaging materials.
3. Ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the packaged metal materials
4. Place the side containing corrosion inhibitor facing the metal packaging
5. Ensure relative sealing after packaging
