Great grips at a great price. I shopped through dozens of options that cost $30-$45 and just couldn't pay that much for such a simple item. Then this popped up in my feed for $15 (I know it's gone up to $21 now). I bought them right away and they have been great.I understand what others have said about the loose fit on the wrist. When I cinch mine as tight as they go, my wrists are a little smaller. But this is comfortable and perfect for pull-ups, toes-to-bar, dead hang. It also lets me rotate them out of the way when I switch between pullups and pushups during a workout. These are perfect for me.

I've been using those grips for a few weeks at the gym and I love them. I had the old version, and this is a good upgrade. They're great for doing mixed workouts. The new design is okay, but the strap is much better!Overall I think it's a great product.

These hand grips are very good for gymnastics bars or any bar work. My daughters do gymnastics and train at home and me with them, a little, and these hand grips make so much difference, you can normally feel it on the palms after a few pull ups but these stop that friction when doing any swinging and it was instantly noticeable that our hand felt better. They fit a range of hand sized being adjustable and should be a loose fitting around the wrist. It does help putting chalk on them as well. The material is thick and provides good strength of grip. The wrist strap feels strong and it’s all well made. Good value to save the hands a little.

These straps come in minimal packaging and are ready to use straight away. The straps are made of high quality and will last. They are great for heavy lifts in the gym, especially as when your grip and forearms are fatigued; helps you hit the target muscle effectively.I would 100% recommend these because they are good alternative to standard straps.

These are decent grips with a nice Velcro strap and carrying bag. However the material is quite thin and I was surprised how much chalk was needed. My other grips are chalk free but these are so slippy without chalk. Which can be a bit of a pain. They’re also much thinner than my others. Personally not my favourite but they’re not bad. I’ve tried some of the mammal ones before and they’re getting better and better. These are better than the old ones for sure.

I’ve given the Mammal Strength gymnastic hand grips a good workout, and they’re a bit like Marmite – you either love the fingerless, flap-around freedom or find it fiddly. For pull-ups and bar work, they’re a blessing for your palms (no more peeling skin and also less stress on the wrists. But for deadlifts? They might as well wave at you awkwardly mid-set. They’re robust, lightweight, and flexible, but if you’ve got petite hands, they might slide around like a penguin on ice. At just under £20, they’re decent value but won’t replace a proper set of deadlift straps.Pros: - Palm Protection: No more calluses or torn skin during pull-ups and bar work. - Flexible Build: The material feels durable yet allows for movement. - Fast Transitions: Fingerless design makes switching grips a breeze. - Great for Bar Movements: Boosts grip without over-relying on chalk or sprays. - Wrist support: A good degree of wrist support when under pulling forceCons: - Not Ideal for All Exercises: Deadlift enthusiasts may find them cumbersome. - Fit Issues: Small hands or wrists may experience slipping or shifting. - Limited Use Case: Best suited for bodyweight bar exercises, not heavy lifting.Verdict:If your workout includes pull-ups, muscle-ups, or T2Bs, these grips will keep your hands intact while adding a bit of grip and wrist support confidence. Just don’t expect miracles for heavy barbell lifts—they’re more acrobat than strongman. And hey, at £20, they’re a worthwhile addition to your gym bag for the right exercises.

These feel good quality. Heavy weight but flexible. However if you have very small hands/wrists, they move around a good bit and get in the way a lot. I had to constantly put them back in place. If you are only using them on one bar and not switching grips frequently they would probably be great.
