Geometry and heat treat appear good after 20 inches of full cuts in ductile iron. You will however, need to sharpen them before using. The grind is very coarse and some have heavy burrs. 10 minutes with a dremel and good hand/eye coordination made them quite sharp. Good for the money if you can resharpen. I have bought several in different sizes and they are all the same.
