Great little magnets. Tolerance is about ±0.4mm. Worked perfect for my projects. Single magnet has enough strength to hold 1-2 normal sheets of paper on fridge (8.5x11). I have purchased probably over 2,000 of these magnets at this point. Price could be a little cheaper though.
