Information
Flat files, half round files, triangle files, round files, square files, flat point files, double half round files, oval files, flat triangle files, cutter point files. These diamond needle files are available. When using the file, it should not be too fast.
Diamond Needle Files
Electroplated Diamond
Electroplated diamond has fine grains, high hardness and good wear resistance. The file teeth are clear, sharp and durable.
No Coatings
Designed with the base substrate without any additional coatings, suitable for wide ranges of applications.
Non-slip Handle
PVC plastic dipped handle provides firm and comfortable grip in use when exposed to fluid or moisture.
Tips
- Do not use a needle file to polish the oxide layer of the work piece.
- When filing, it should be ground in the same direction, not rubbing back and forth.
Wide Applications
Suitable for shaping and polishing metal, wood, marble, stone, plastic. Works on small and delicate projects.
Especially perfect for finely grinding models and instrument parts, and dies. For long-lasting use, please use a lubricant (such as water) when using diamond needle files.

I bought these because I hit a staple in a piece of spruce I was cutting. The staple dulled a few teeth. There was no file included in the lithium chainsaw I purchased from Jeff. This file went completely dull before it finished all the teeth on this 6" blade. This never happens with regular steel round chainsaw files.

I didn't want to spend a fortune on nut files, so I took a gamble and used this for my E string nut slot. worked perfectly (as far as I can tell lol).

use them for sharpening my little chainsaw and they do the job very well as they sharpen on the push and pull .

Used it to put a sharpening choil on a 20cv folding knife blade. Went through all of them to complete my job at hand. The pieces of diamond just flake off as you go.
