The adhesive does not seem too strong, apart from that the disc works fine and has stayed on the wheel so far. The disc has good grit.

Attention. These are self-adhesive papers. I don't know if I had a bad batch, but it seems that the glue does not have a great adhesion, and although I had installed the paper on the plate carefully, it came off at the start of the engine of the sanding plate, hit me in the face and scarred me. A scratch that could have been more serious. Luckily my glasses protected my eye. The incident simply added a wrinkle to the existing ones. :-) I can't recommend wearing a protective brand enough when using this type of abrasive sticker on a power tool.
