Fits into the voids of the pulley but where the handle is needs to be angled more so it sits flush. Trying to use this will only result in slippage and possible damage.

It definitely fits and holds the pulley. Problem is, you have to slightly rotate the crank to get it on correctly- so you better hope that your Cam's are rotating with it or else your engine won't be in time correctly. Works, but could be better.
