1. What bulb size do I need for my vehicle?

It depends on the original bulb installed, if you are not sure which bulb size fits your vehicle, please check your vehicle handbook or the part number on your original bulbs, you can also search "Automotive Bulb Guide" online.
2. I installed your bulbs but they do not turn on?

1. Checking fuse first such as putting back the stock bulbs.

2. Use a 12V power to test bulbs to see the function.

3. Install the decoder first before declaring it defective.

3. Why is the bulb flickering/dim or dashboard error message occurring?

For some sensitive vehicles' can't recognize the low power draw of the Bulbs. It may cause a bulb-out indicator on the dashboard and cause a flicker or dim. Please con-tact URSPRUNG to get a load resistor or CANbus decoder to solve this easily.
4. How do I know if my vehicle requires extra CANbus decoders installed?

1.Keep flashing when you try to switch on the bulbs or car's computer system keeps indicating an error.

2.Stay lit for a while even after you have switched them off, give off a dim light.

5. How does a CANbus decoder work?

For some sensitive car, their power does not reach the minimum requirement of the installed CANbus system. The decoder not only increases the wattage but sends a signal to the CANbus system of the car. Please con-tact URSPRUNG to solve these.

Fit my 2013 ford f150. Very bright. Very white. Only downside is it's so bright it now shows scratches on in inside of the headlight assembly. Good lights tho. Easy install. Comes with gloves.

OMG, these are SOOOOO bright compared to the old bulbs. Arrived fast, well packaged, good price. Super easy to install in my H3 Hummer. Bright white color, no issues, didn't need resistors or any mods with switching to LED. Should have made the change sooner.

Bulbs fit perfect, extra bright, however I gave 4 stars because after extended driving they heat up and the transition from high beams to low beams is very delayed (by 5 to 10 seconds after I turn them off.) Other than that no complaints.

After installing the globe, it stopped working 4 weeks after. I contacted the seller and they have provided NO aftersales support and any offer to rectify the issue other than 'Contact the manufacturer' who advised me to contact the seller - Avoid this seller, they provide no service at all!
