My daughter and son like pizza the most. Now we can make pizza with any flavor at home anytime. By the way, you do have to play around with the temperature on the top and bottom depending on the kind of crust that you use. Of course the two temperature knobs really help.

This oven is fun to use when we make our own pizzas. It is nice to have an appliance dedicated to it and I don’t have to turn on my oven. This cooks the pizzas quickly and the crust is done evenly. It works well for flatbreads as well.

Our first attempt at homemade pizza tasted pretty good even though my dough recipe, and rolling/stretching techniques need lots of improvement.The GOOD NEWS is that this countertop pizza cooker did an amazing job!...I know we can improve upon those other things to make truly epic-tasting pizzas. I love that we can be adventurous with ingredients and have a healthy and quick-cooking product to taste test.This quickly heats up to the temperature range that will produce crispy crust and toppings that are cooked perfectly. Working with the 2 temperature dials give you the opportunity to tweak the pizza to your liking. You cannot ever get close to this level with the highest heat in your kitchen oven.This is a quality piece of equipment that does take up some real estate in a kitchen, but is well worth it for the healthy results and fun in creating your masterpiece(s).There is a learning curve, but don't get discouraged.
